The Cactus Pear & Carmon DeLeone - A Spicy Combination
The Cactus Pear in Blue Ash is very well known for their magnificent margaritas, fabulous fajitas, and sensational salsa. They have hosted such jazz groups as the Norm Ridge Trio and Bone Voyage.
Cincinnati Ballet Conductor Carmon DeLeone has been enjoying a summer tour with his 17-piece New Studio Band, which highlights musicians to the likes of Eric Sharfe on Bass, Mike Darrah on keyboard, and more.
The flavours of the Cactus Pear menu and the music of Carmon's band are an appetizing combination. For the past 2 months, the group has packed the venue and delivered their signature outstanding performance. Bandleader and Drummer DeLeone engages the audience with stories, music background, and more.
The fun continues for a third month, as the band returns for another performance on Sunday October 10th. Cincy Entertainment, the newly partnered group of The Jazz Half, will be on hand to provide commentary, and video coverage of the band; soon to be aired on CE's show on 3 stations! So spend Sunday evening in Blue Ash with a Margarita, a Fajita, and Carmon's band.
